The antispyware file gcasserv, apparently comming from the
Microsoft spyware application interfers with Cannon F50
printer driver mpservice. Result, Cannon printer
inoperative.

Thanks very much--can you give more version information about the printer
driver, and perhaps a download source?

It'd be great if you could re-test this when beta2 releases and let us know,
as well.
