Application Agents: re-activating

We run Kaspersky Personal A/V. Kaspersky seems not to like
to do a full scan if MS ASW is running, but if I deactivate
the Application Agent checkpoints, Kaspersky runs fine.
However: I can not now reactivate two of the checkpoints
(Process Execution and Script Blocking) in MS ASW: they
simply refuse to activate.

Suggestions welcome!
