I disabled 'script blocking' to view a page with
javascript. In doing so, the program automatically
disabled 'process execution'.

The problem is that I can not reactivate either
checkpoint. I'm not so concerned about the 'script
blocking' checkpoint, but the 'process execution'
checkpoint is the main on that blocks spyware (which is
why I am using this product).

When I click on 'activate checkpoint' nothing happens.
Any advice?

Give this a try:
Open up control panel and double-click on add/remove programs.
Select Microsoft AntiSpyware
Select "Change"
On the Microsoft AntiSpyware Maintenance Wizard, click next.
On the next screen (Microsoft AntiSpyware Maintenance Wizard) select Update
Microsoft AntiSpyware and click next.
Select Install
Let the product update.
Click Finish.
