Applet Ignored?

While viewing my electric bill, I received the following:

alt=Applet Ignored?"Your browser understands the <APPLET> tag but isn't
running the applet, for some reason." Your browser is completely ignoring
the <APPLET> tag!

A search for "applet" in 'Help and Support Center" returned 0 results.

How do I get the browser (IE 6.00.2800.1106 xpsp2.030422-1633) to run the
applet?

Thanks.

Hi,

a) Install java.

For the Microsoft versions:
http://java-virtual-machine.net/download.html

For the Sun version:
http://java.sun.com/getjava/index.html

b) If you have a popup stopper installed, turn it off or disable it.
