This code means a "fuser oil pump" error. The fuser unit has two
pumps, one to feed oil to the rollers and a second to return the
excess oil from the catch-tray back to the reservoir. If it fails an
oil overflow condition results. Moving the printer around without
extracting the oil first, usually causes oil spillage, and if any of
it gets on the oil overflow sensor PS10, located in the front of the
fuser unit, you get this error reported and the printer fails its
POST.
