encounter problem appgs32.exe everytime cpu starts..

I think your computer is infested with spyware. If you have spyware removal
software on your system, run it. If not, you might download spybot
http://tomcoyote.org/SPYBOT/index1.php and see if that clears things up.

BTW: This is HARDWARE discussion, you might have better luck posting in
microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support .

lol, actually it appears that this is a Browser Helper Object. This
could be spyware or it could be poopware (my term for the junk OEM's put
on the computer that nobody needs, but you can't seem to get rid of no
matter how much you wipe). Here is what you can do:

Click Start-Run-Type regedit and click OK. Now expand the folders by
pressing the + signs until you get to this folder:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Right click on appgs32.exe and click delete. Now reboot and see that it
is gone
