If the intent is just to change the colors, you have the option within the
system. Right click on the desktop and click perperties, or click "display"
from control panel. From the Display properties window, you can change the
themes. There are a few builtin themes. As Nepatsfan said, you can add some
third party themes as well. You can setup individual colors for each item of
the window through "Appearence" tab. You can specify color schemes and fonts.
You can also change more settings through "advance" or "effects" button on
the "appearence' tab.
