The appearances can deceive

I don't know I am leaving if of the escôpo of the Forum but, more and more,
it comes me a question:

Why to worry so much (in a general way - amount of posted messages) with
appearance, buttons blinking, luminous, and how did a friend say well, crazy
routines, if the one what to the customer interests / is user that the
system works and do give him/her profit?
