Windows Messenger 5.1 shows most of my contacts as Offline when they are
actually Online. Also I appear Offline when I am actually Online. I am
positive that there is no "blocking" or "Appear Offline" issues here.

unistall and re-install did not fix it, and upgrading is not an option. Any
suggestions on solving this problem would be highly appreciatet.

Goodluck with this one!!! i posted two times in the last two weeks relating
to the exact same issues and it appears my post have been removed by someone,
no one would or could answer this same questions surrounding your post..

I'm seeing similar problems. Anybody out there with answers???
