APPCRASH Outlook Express

I can't log into my email account. I also can't log into safe mode. This is
the error code I get.
Problem Event Name:APPCRASH
Application Name:Outlook.exe
Application Version:12.0.6504.5000
Application Timestamp:49e7f47e
Fault Module Name:mspst32.dll
Fault Module Version:12.0.6504.5000
Fault Module Timestamp:49e7f409
Exception Code:c0000005
Exception Offset:00096876
OS Version:6.0.6002.2.2.0.256.6
Locale ID:1033
LCID:1033
Brand Office:12 Crash
SKULCID:1033
I can't go to the help button in Outlook Express.
I'm not sure at this point how to repair my email account.

According to that error you posted you are using Outlook 2007 and not Outlook
Express. Can you please confirm

As Peter said; it looks like you're Microsoft Office Outlook and not Outlook
Express.

The Event Log entry suggests that you have a problem with your pst-file.
Check it for errors with scanpst.exe.
