Ben - I tried to follow your instructions but have not scanpst.exe file on my
computer. It's a month-old computer with Vista and Outlook. Do you have any
suggestions for me? Thanks.

If you have Outlook 2003, then SCANPST.EXE is in
%CommonProgramFiles%\system\MSMAPI\1033. If you have Outlook 2007, it's in
%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office12
