App to monitor configuration changes in Win2k Server

Does anyone know of good and simple program to monitor changes to a
Win2k Server install? I want to make sure NO changes get made to a
server I am installing in the UK. Would prefer something I does not
have an agent installed on the server.

Any help would be appreciated!
