I am using Outlook 2003 and Windows XP. I have two clients who use the same.
However, when they send me an e-mail that contains an apostrophe, it appears
on my machine as "R17". I'm guessing that this is some type of text encoding
problem. However, I do not want to change my e-mail setting because I do not
want my other clients to be getting e-mails from me with this same problem.
Any suggestions?
