apostrophe in Outlook 2007 adds spaces

I've installed the new Office 2007 with SP1 and found that when I'm typing a
new e-mail and type an apostrophe that it adds spaces. I know you can use the
Ctrl-Z to remove the spaces, but, is there a setting somewhere that can
remove the spaces permanently?
