My company implemented a new signature for everyone to setup. The fonts have
somehow caused print outs of emails to print garbage where there should be an
apostrophe or a radial dot separating the address line in the users
signature. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Office 2003 but this
didn’t help. Removing the signature doesn’t either. Some users where ask to
install a “Japanese” add-in when they first got an email with the new
signature. However, I’m not sure if clicking yes or no fixes this problem
because I can’t make the message come back. Does any one know how I can fix
this? I'm sure it a font issue but I'm not sure how to correct it.

Thanks,
Ben
