I've done a clean install of W2kPro on a PII/350. When I check APM under the Power Control Panel, the computer reboots rather than shuting down and turning off the power. The logging off screen has SHUTDOWN selected.

Power off on this computer worked fine under Win98.

Any Suggestions?

Bud

Try updating your bios. You should have checked your hardware compatibility
before installing W2K on that system.
