API calls help

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know where I can find the API reference for Microsoft's Print
Service for Unix? It is a service call "TCP/IP Print Server" or LPDSVC. I
of course checked MSDN, but only found reference for the regular windows
Spooler service.

How is this problem related to VB.NET programming? Please only include
groups which are related to the problem.
