This is also available for Win32.. For those who need a
fast, easy to manage, lean, mean web server there is also
Xitami.

It seems we should wait, I checked some mirrors and all they have the 2.0.52
version.
Then I found this:
"Win32 Binary (MSI Installer): Coming soon"
in the Apache page http://httpd.apache.org/download.cgi

This AFAICS doesn't support PHP.
