APA Style Table in Excel

Is there a way to left align digits in excel and still have decimal places
in line?

Example:

Instead of:

0022.11
1122.01

Have:

22.11
1122.01

One way:

Format/Cells/Number/Custom ???0.00

Left align the cells.
