No such thing as an Outlook Server. It's looking for an exchange server. You
as an individual user cannot use Out of Office message. You must be in an
office setting using an Exchange Server. You can setup a rule to automate
replies, but you would have to leave your computer on and connected--not a
good idea. You could access your mail by using the web site from another
computer or just deal with the email when you get back.

you can't unless you are willing to create a domain, register it, purchase
exchange and configure it. Exchange is a corporate mail server used by
large companies for their mail and collaboration.

Use a rule. Or like Mary says, deal with your mail when you return.

I have my own domain and Exchange server so I don't need this service.

Plus, for having just the "vacation" message, hosted Exchange is a bit of
overkill.

But I think you get all the functionality like sharing calendars, and for a
(very) small business, all the admin etc is outsourced, so it might be an
option for the OP...
