AOL Monitor (AOLMon) is a small program which monitors dial-up
connections to the America Online Internet service (requires version 6
or later).

This test was required because as opposed to most dial-up services, AOL
still uses a specific procedure.

If the AOL software is installed, the program should display messages
when the connection is established and when it is interrupted.
