AOL IM crashes MSN Messanger on XP Pro

After installing AOL IM on 2 XP Pro machines, MSN
messanger has been the fault on 1 machine in causing
an "explorer" error and on machine 2 the MSN was causing
the machine to lockup during bootup. Any ideas to fix,
would like to use both at the same time.
