Has anyone had problems with aol setting up a second set of folders? If so
how do you get the email to come to the windows mails folder?

I have the same problem with no answer yet, welcome to the club.

Have you called AOL? I doubt very much that you are able to get the AOL Proprietary emails into Windows Mail

Your AOL account is an IMAP account. While all POP3 accounts share the same
set of folders by default, each IMAP account has its own set of folders
which are reflections of the content of those folders on the server.
