Simply Windows Mail with imap.aol.com and smtp.aol.com as parameters.
It works fine.
Now i want to retrieve my locals' mails folders from AOL (organize)

I have no problem with to receive and send mails with Windows mail <==> AOL
account.

I want just retreive my locals' mails from AOL.

Can you elaborate on what you are trying to do?
I have no idea what "retrieve locals mails from AOL" means.

Mails are saved in local folders by the AOL interface.
Now, before i leave AOL for another provider, i want to import these saved
mails in Windows Mails'folder.
