AOL and Weatherbug continue to invade my PC; even after I
use Program Deleting, and Search and delete.
Is this something Spyware can KILL?

AOL is crap ware! I have never been 100% successful in removing it, and it
remnants, totally from a computer without reformatting the hard drive.
