Hi! One of my students has set up AOL in Outlook (according the the
instructions) Her Outgoing works just fine....but she can't recieve through
Outlook. She's getting an error message:
Task 'Checking for new mail in subscribed folders on Linda K..' reported
error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook is unable to download folder (null) from the
IMAP e-mail server for account Linda K.. Error: Unable to connect to the
server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server
administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).' She has contacted AOL and
Microsoft....they each blame the other.....we don't really care who's fault
it is.....is there a correction for this? Thanks for any help you can give
us on this!!!
