I have Windows 2000 set up with an Administrator sign-in
and a General sign-in. From there, I can then sign-in to
access AOL. Previously, I was able to access AOL favorite
places and other web addresses under either sign-in name.
Recently, I can only access AOL favorite places and other
web addresses under Administrator sign-in to Windows
2000. Any idea why and how to fix?

Sure, dump AOL and get yourself a real ISP.
