Since this is XP, I believe IE must be there somewhere. Try searching
for iexplore.exe. That's the actual filename for Internet Explorer.
It's usually located in C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer, but other
locations are possible.
It's been quite a while since I used it, but I thought that IE6SP1 was the
complete package rather than an update.
