I found these two files referenced as startup files in
msconfig. I have no idea what they are or where they came
from. I've been having problems lately with pop-up
windows showing up where they never did before. I have a
pop-up stopper but it lets these pop-ups appear. I'm
wondering if these files could have been planted on my PC
and are the cause of my problems. I've scanned for
viruses and there are none. I use spybot and it hasn't
found anything out of the ordinary. Anyone heard of these
files? Are they legit? Any idea where I can go to figure
out how to get rid of the pop-ups? Do I have spyware that
spybot can't find? Thanks very much.

Not just one Anti Spware program will find and kill everything. Download,
install and run this program:
Ad-aware - http://www.lavasoft.de/ - FAQ, Help & Forum @ Site.
Right after you download and before you scan> check for updates to be sure
you have the latest definitions.
