what program is causing my cpu% going to 100%?

I have taskmgr running but it is very hard to watch this and determine which
application is causing the cpu to go to 100%.

Is there any way to get a history of the top cpu hogs on your pc?

Any ideas or thoughts

Tom

Use task manager. Double click on the CPU tab. That will place the process
using the most CPU cycles at the top of the list. Then, just sit and watch
for a few minutes.

You mean double click the CPU Column.

I am having problem downloading this file and never connects to the download
