I'm posting because I need the answer to this error also; however, in my
case, I have a user with Windows XP and Office 2007, and trying to open a
Excel files on a vendor web sites. I really need to know what is causing this
because we have to be able to open these Excel files. I apologize for posting
on this and not having an answer. I can't find the answer to this error in
the knowledgebase.
