I placed an ink cartridge order on 11/1 and I was told it was shipped on
11/2 via priority mail. I never received it. They told me they could not
reship until 10 business days have gone by. They reshipped on 11/17 (after
reconfirming mailing address) again using priority mail and this time they
sent me a tracking number that I have checked every day. The tracking
message is as follows (it's the same message every day):

"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper or
shipping partner on November 17, 2004 to expect your package for mailing.
Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again
later."

They are in LA I am in No. CA. This should only take a few days but yet I
have received nothing. Is this a reputable business or am I being jerked
around? Or am I just another victim of the USPS?

Thanks, Kim

I'm surprised they don't use UPS as they deliver even to the most remote
(all 48 contiguous States) within a max of 4 days and mostly within 3 from
Las Vegas. But USPS also has always been swift and sure. Seems like
something else involved ?

reliable and have a good reputation. Did yoy make sure that they had
your address and zip correct?? Really sure???
