I saw this on Tinyapps.org and was reconfiguring a friend's PC (details
above), so I tried it.
It is nice and small and I like how it "Does not change your Windows
system files and does not require any additional libraries".
Unfortunately, I found the learning mode dialog too slow and clunky, so I
uninstalled it. It included several preset rules, but these were all
disabled by default, and I did not know which ones to enable. In order to
permit a single application I had to fill the learning dialog out several
times. Kerio, Sygate and ZoneAlarm are all easier to configure. Otherwise
it seemed OK, but I can only comment on its usability and not it's
security level.
