Anyone successful synching Outlook's calendar w/ Meeting Maker?

's Computer Specifications

Our office (department level) uses Outlook for email on an Exchange server.
Our organization (enterprise level) uses Meeting Maker as the calendaring
tool. I cannot find any method to synch my Outlook calendar with Meeting
Maker. Looking for suggestions.
