Is anyone receiving 'Microsoft Standard Claim Forms' for Microsoft Software?

Hi

First of all, before posting this I searched the list and did not come
up with any hits.

I have a number of these forms that result from a Class Action
Suit--'...violated nys anti trust and consumer fraud....overcharged
cunsumers...' and further states '...applies to consumers and
businesses that acquired Microsoft Windows, DOS, Office, Word or Excel
frm 5/18/1994 to Dec 31 2004 for use in New York".

In the course of business, I have purchased and installed in machines
so I probably do not qualify for any but those which I used on my own
machines and, in any event, I would not have the COA #'s for those I
installed.

I guess I can understand a bit what the 'settlement' is about but had
not seen details.

My question is I am wondering what those in similar circumstances as I
are doing as a result of it.

BTW, the site is www.microsoftNYsettlement.com or phone at
800-372-2368.

If this has been posted before, I apologize.
Thanks
joe
