Is anyone out there having "encryption" method errors??

I have a new computer with Windows Vista and Office 2007 on it. We are using
Brighthouse smtp as our outgoing server. We keep getting an "encryption"
method error message when trying to send email through Outlook 2007. We have
another computer in the same office, set up the exact same way, only running
Windows XP SP2 and Office 2003 with no problems. Brighthouse is claiming it
has no issues with VISTA -- anyone out there have simular issues???
