Gurus,

Anyone know of a laptop out there that supports 4GB of RAM? Everyone I've
ever looked at only supports a maximum of 2GB?

The Dell Latitude Laptops do in 14" and up sizes.
See the Dell small business site.

My Toshiba U205-S5002 12.1 inch widescreen laptop came with 1GB RAM, but
supports 4 GB RAM. Also has an awesome 1280 by 800 Screen.

This is a side consideration, but the price difference between 2gb and
4gb is going to be a lot. Several hundred, perhaps a thousand dollars.
2gb Sodimms retail for about five times what the 1gb modules are.

Unless you really really need 4gb of ram in your laptop, you'll save a
bundle with "just" 2gb ram.

HP NW8440 series. In general, look for Notebook Workstations.
I'm sure some Eurocomm, other HP's, AlienWare, that would have a
Quadro/FireGL video card.

I just went with the NW8440.
