Lauria,

I know enough about FTP . What exactly are you trying to do? What
ftp client are you using? Are you trying to connect via dial-up
connection or company LAN?

I suggest you should download a light version from:

http://www.ipswitch.com

Install the downloaded file and that's it! French frogs would say: Pas
problem! or yanks would say No Problem!

Hope this helps.

I use non Microsoft products where ever possible which requires no
activation. I buy WordPerfect Office for less than $50 from Amazon:

I use Netscape 7.2 as my defalt browser which has everything I need for
my work.

I believe in good Financial Management!! I do not believe in enriching
rich jerks!

I don't know exactly what you are looking for but go to the dos prompt and
type ftp then at the ftp prompt type ? and it lists all the commands you can
execute. Then you can type any of the commands followed by ? and it gives
brief instructions.
