Anyone have a copy of the iHook TableControl?

I recently ran across some mentions of the iHook TableControl, an
open-source DataGrid replacement. I'd like to play with it, but the
download link at the website (http://www.ihook.com.au/open-source.htm)
appears to be dead, and I haven't received a response from the support
email.

If anyone has a copy of this (preferably version 1.3, including
source), I'd appreciate it if you could email a copy to mark dot
erikson at gmail dot com. Since it appears to be BSD licensed, I'll
happily host a copy for download.
