Compare DSL vendors: AT&T, Qwest, Covad. (Supposedly Covad "owns" the
lines used by the other two, anyway?) At any rate, I need to know, (1)
What are the limits on email addresses per transmission: some ISPs
limit to as little as 30, to prevent professional spammers. (Our
garden group has 200 members, needs monthly newsletter.) (2) What is
the limit on an attachment size? (We'd sometimes like to send a photo
as large as 1.6M.) (3) How *much* vendor software does one have to
run? (E.g. We like *our* antivirus and don't want to run *their*
Norton.) (4) What about access on-the-road?
