anyone got gpg to work?

I just downloaded the gpg plugin for outlook from http://www3.gdata.de/gpg/.

It installed ok and a new button shows up in outlook. However, everytime I
try to generate a key it failed either with two error dialogs "no public key
was selected", or it says successful but in either case no key was
generated. Any ideas?
