I posted a problem I was having on 12/22/05 and no one seems to care about my
problem :0(

Here's my problem:

I have outlook 2003 and I seemed to have lost my contact list, I think it
must have something to do with Business Contact Manager. When I tried to
install my Personal address book the contact list disappeared. When I type
outlook in the find window I saw all different kinds of contacts. But there
were a few that said outlook: HA#################, I'm thinking that was
possibly my contact list. but when I clicked on it I could not find anything.
Please help me!

I'm not sure, but when I have had BCM lock up and not show a list, I have
found 'Repair' somewhere up on the tools bar and after it repaired itself, it
was ok.
you may want to try it. (I don't have BCM at home, only at work, so I can't
tell you just where to find repair.

Chris,

Try to provide some more detail about what you were doing when you noticed
your contacts were missing. It will be easier for any reader to know how to
respond and try to help if you do. We are not mind readers and from reading
your plea for help it is not at all clear if you are using native Outlook
alone by itself or if you also have separate Business Contacts in the BCM
application. Your problem could possibly be just a display settings issue
within the address book. Click on the Address Book icon in the Outlook
Standard Toolbar. Once the Address dialogue box is open click Tools within
this box and then on options. Verify that your settings are as you want them
to be.
