When I type a message in Outlook 2007 - I seem to be faster then what appears
on the screen. There is a constant delay when typing. Anything I can do?

I am also experiencing the same problem. Not sure how to solve it. I
thought maybe it had to do with a large number of e-mails in my inbox, but I
don't think that's it. Does anyone have any ideas on this?

I have just upgraded to 2007 and this delay is driving me mad!! Have you
found a solution yet?

I found an answer elsewhere in this discussion group site from Microsoft. Do
a search on "outlook is slow" and see what you get. You have to uninstall
outlook add-on in your software in the control panel. Then you have to
disable most of your add-ons in outlook. I did this and it cleared things
up. There are a lot of people having the same problem.

Hi Gary, we have over a 100 users on Vista/Office 2007 and we have quite a
few experiencing the same problem. It is very noticeable and annoying.
It's not 100% of the time, however. I suspect it has something to do with
the Outlook NK2 file, which is used to cache all the email addresses. No
answer yet however. If anyone else has an answer I'd love to hear it!
