unfortunately, since the browser app uses word to edit the documents, there
isn't much you can do. As long as the error is only on closing, I'd probably
ignore it - but if it's asking you about saving normal.dot - then something
is affecting the template, most likely an addin. Disable the addin and the
error may stop.
