I run ZA Pro, and they're advertising this.

Way too many false positives and too much advertising of how good it is.

Stick with Ad-Aware and SpyBot S&D both free.

Of course SpywareBlaster and IE-SPYAD.

I've got Ad-Aware. Does it detect trojans and hackers, as well as spyware?

Thanks.

No, Ad-Aware is for detection and removal of spyware involving ads.

For the best protection against a trojan you really need a specialist
anti-trojan program in addition to your anti-virus software. Some of
the better antivirus programs also detect 'trojans'. 'Cleaning' of
some trojan's, dialers, etc may require other special programs once
they are detected. One program can't do everything.

Your best defense is avoidance. If you practice Safehex, you can be
less concerned about such malware. I've never had a need for a trojan
detector or cleaner. http://www.claymania.com/safe-hex.html
