Anybody recommend a good free mp3 to wav file ripper

Can Someone out there on the forums recommend a very good mp3 to wav file ripper as i want to burn to cds that will play on my Hifi and my car stereo....Freebies only Please....

if the files are on you PC use audacity

if you have x-setup for windows you can modify windows media player 9 to rip at 128mhz(or higher to 256) mp3's, without even paying extra. Avoid their useless wma compression.
