Hi Laura,

Outlook Express is a part of the Internet Explorer. You have to
install/update your Internet Explorer:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/dow.../getitnow.mspx

"cal" means "Calendar"? Outlook Expresse do not have a Calendar.

Windows Mail has a Calendar but Windows Mail is only available as a part of
Windows Vista. Windows Mail is not a part of the Internet Explorer.

If you have Windows Vista, you will get Windows Mail.
