blank post = blank mind = no post

What does "ar" mean?

Is "word" to mean "Microsoft Word"?

Download from ... WHERE?

Unless you subscribe to Microsoft's DevNet (pricey), any and all other
downloads of Word are illegal (unless, for example, online purchases
that provide a download, like from Digital River - but then you
obviously had to *pay* for the product and THEN you get their
download).

MS Word is not freeware. Go buy it! You are obviously trying to
steal the software. If you manage to find an illegal copy, you will
deserve the infestation you strived to achieve.

Go ask your parents to up your allowance so you can buy your own copy,
or beg your parents to pay for your copy.

Doesn't change that she would still have a parent. We all do (or
did). If her's are no longer alive then she'll have to up her
allowance by getting another job, or just getting one in the first
place.

Isn't it a bit harsh to accuse the poster of attempted theft right off
the bat? We often have people asking the same question here under the
mistaken impression that Word is included in Windows because it "came
with" their computer. Then after some disaster they use their recovery
disk and wonder where their Word has gone. . .

Is is not "nice" to ask a "subject" only question. You need to
"expand" the question within the message body.

As for download Word, if you are talking about MS Word, you can
not!!! Microsoft does not provide a method of downloading any of
their "retail" products for free. You must purchase them at your
local store or thru respectable on-line retailers.

However, not all is lost. You can locate diferent "word processor"
systems that can do most of Word's features.

http://www.openoffice.org/ seems to be the leading "free" system on
the Internet.

I agree with you, Nightowl. Looking at OP's other posts, it seems she
doesn't even have the know-how to get a cracked copy of Word. And her
question isn't clear enough to come to any conclusion about what she
is doing.
Vanguard is probably just indirectly expressing his own guilt.

But it doesn't properly convert complex formatting and other items.

Why not just tell the user where to download the Trial Version of Word
so that they can get by until they get their legit media?
