Any way to revert?

While getting rid of some of the superfluous startup programs in Windows
Defender's Software Explorer, I accidentally got rid of a driver that was
pretty important. Is there any way to revert back to my former settings, or
any way to add it back in manually? Thanks.

My 'About' page tells me I'm running version 1.1.1505.0 of Defender.

If you disabled the task in Windows Defender, then you can use enable. If
that is not an option, then use System Restore.

Further to Mr Cat`s solution. His latter comment `brings to mind` the need to
develop the habit of making a `System Restore Point` before making (what
could turn out to be), a radical alteration to your computer system.
