"smart lease" is what YOU put in the Name field in the account that you
configured through which you sent the outbound mails. You can put
whatever string you want in there: your name, your company, your zodiac
sign, your dog's favorite pastime (be careful as some recipients may get
offended), or whatever is your fancy.
(E-Mail Removed) is what YOU put in the E-mail field. This is NOT
tied to your real e-mail address. It is what YOU say is your e-mail
address. It is not used by your mail server to deliver your outbound
mails. You don't even need an e-mail address in that field. I've seen
spammers put some more spam in that field.
Screwing around with the Name and Email fields in accounts defined in
e-mail clients is how wannabe spammers try to hide who they are.
Doesn't take much effort, though, to look at the headers to see from
where it really originated. While you can put any arbitrary string in
those fields, the headers added by your sending mail server will
identify you.
As to how a recipient sees your e-mails, you have no control over such
"banners". The GUI is under the control of whomever coded whatever
e-mail client the recipient happens to use. It is not under your
control.
